I know you completely lack any sense of it at all, but shame on you. This is despicable shit. And it's one of those things that tends to come back around on you. Here's hoping it does, tenfold.

Lindsey Graham could have turned against Trump. Instead, he helped bring him back to power, betting that Trump’s endorsement would secure him another term. Then his aorta ruptured, and death denied him the prize for which he had sacrificed his integrity.

Since last fall and through the implosion of Graham Platner’s campaign, I kept seeing people describing him as "charismatic." I never found Platner charismatic or charming, and I suspect you didn’t either. That suggests that either we are psychologically damaged in a useful way that makes us immune to charismatic people, or, to quote one of my favorite fictional heroes . . . “Nazis. I hate these guys.” The moment we heard about the tattoo, we were never going to believe anything this creep told us. (Speaking of Nazis, in theory, Hans Landa is superficially charming, too.)

@michaelbd @jimgeraghty This doesn't seem "Buchananite" to me. It's just the current character you're playing.

I met Lindsay Graham while he was campaigning in New Hampshire for a profile piece I never finished. From my questions, he quickly figured out my foreign policy perspective was Buchananite. He relished debating it out, made honest admissions against interest when we got deep in the weeds on the Houthis, and had far more in-room charisma than I expected. He was a funny, magnanimous and extremely effective advocate for his views, especially where I disagreed with him. RIP

I gave CNN the very same messages, diaries, and sources I gave the New York Times. NYT reported that my sources “couldn't corroborate” my claims. Thankfully, CNN *actually called them* and verified that yes, they corroborated everything.

A lot of conservatives seem to be talking themselves into an alternative universe on “The Odyssey,” based on nothing much at all. I haven’t seen the movie yet, but there’s a chasm between the online complaints and the reviews from those who have.

President Trump's base is divided between those who want war against Iran to continue ad infinitum & those who urge negotiated settlement. Israel PM #Netanyahu backs first group. #NATO & GCC except UAE back second group. So,he says ceasefire is over but negotiations continue.

44% of Muslim Americans surveyed view Hamas favorably. Almost half support an organization whose founding charter explicitly calls for the genocide of Jews, and which less than three years ago massacred 1,200 people in the deadliest attack on Jews since the Holocaust. 4/

🧵NEW from @pewresearch: The American public’s attitudes toward both the Israeli people and government have turned more negative in the past few years. Views of the Palestinian people, the PA and Hamas have held fairly steady, according to a new poll. But shockingly... 👇 1/
