Very true. Years back, the chances of making it through music and football were very slim, no parent would want to allow their child waste their time chasing something that won’t work. Come to the present, I don’t think any sane Nigerian parent would stop their children from playing football or music, cuz they’ve seen results…. I really don’t blame them, they didn’t know any better, they just wanted what they thought was best for us… this generation has acces to more information than they did

@AsakyGRN I understand him, but I think I understand the father better. If you're from the slums and your only livelihood is music while planning to leave home, your parents will oppose it not because they don't believe in you, but because they feel you should be doing something better.
