I don’t even like Mark Zuckerberg, but to be fair, he’s putting himself out there and innovating more than Tim Cook ever has. I’d rather see a live, raw mistake like this, when Zuck’s demo of the new Meta glasses failed to answer a call on stage, than watch another overly polished, multi-million $ ad from Apple. At least with Zuck, you’re seeing someone take risks in real time instead of selling a scripted story.
Just finished watching the Apple keynote.
Who else was a bit underwhelmed by the iPhone 17 update?
It felt like just another "upgrade the specs" kind of stuff. More powerful processor, better cameras, better battery, more efficiency, etc.
But nothing that just takes your breath away.
And notably absent was any kind of major AI upgrade.
It's like Apple lives in a whole other world. A world in which 800 million people aren't using ChatGPT and know what AI is actually capable of.
I'm usually an Apple fan and have bought every generation of every major device (and will do again this time).
But, I think Apple missed the mark (again).
Am I being too harsh?
How to tell if the honey you purchased really came from bees - the honey will naturally form a honeycomb pattern based on 'memory' if rinsed with water. 😮
@Snorres3dda@TansuYegen I see that reading is challenging for you, and that's okay. I'll stop here, as there's no point arguing over the simple information I provided initially.
