Absolutely no problem with the way Ben Thomas acted at the end of the game yesterday. Never raised his voice or got angry, was respectful but firm in the way he was asking questions despite the answers being completely unsatisfactory. An example of good, strong leadership.

Bit late as I've been head down in report and ratings, but liked that from Ben Thomas at the end of the game. Stayed calm, but if the referee isn't going to even entertain checking a match-winning try, you might as well keep arguing the point. Penalty means nothing by then.

I am DELIGHTED with Ben Thomas there. Giving a pen away doesn’t matter at that point. But for the ref not to check that is staggering. The hilarity of him saying ‘The TMO doesn’t have the pictures’ as it gets flashed up on the screen.
