i also saw casiotone for the painfully alone and the crowd was mid 30s folks wearing flannel and drinking pbr
two completely distinct groups both obviously qualifying

i dont think mary from backrooms is meant to be a good therapist at all tbh. a lot of what shes said didnt feel helpful in the slightest. clark was a bad man but i dont truly feel like she was doing too much to actually help him until the very end

@selentelechia was thinking about this yesterday as a cyclist ran a red and popped out from behind a truck in front of the learner-permit vehicle ahead of me right as they started through the intersection. Learner went half the speed limit the rest of the way I followed. Id have called it quits

Learning how to drive is one of those things you’re really better off doing when you’re a teenager and your brain isn’t fully developed and you’re a little more fearless bc if I had to learn as a grown ass adult I’d be petrified.

@MinModulation I think the more optimistically you go in the better it is, there were a few times I was put off by mentally predicting a more boilerplate direction that didn't actually happen, but if I had more faith i wouldnt have let those moments take me out of it

@MinModulation i left because the theatre was insanely packed and it was not the vibe i wanted but i went the day after and really enjoyed it. i think if I didn't already know it was an internet meme id have thought it was amazing so I have been trying to put that aside
