Mackenzie Shirilla is innocent. I don’t care what stupid Netflix documentaries or biased YouTubers say. This is exactly how innocent people go to jail. Of course, the car company isn’t going to admit liability. However, there have been issues with shoes getting stuck between the pedal & floor mat, just like the pictures of the accident show. Her slipper is still literally stuck under the floor mat holding the gas pedal down. Cops lie like they breathe. They were talking shit about the kids before they even got them out of the car. The judge sucked too. They should have had a jury trial. She should also never have even been in adult court. The judge literally accused her of planning it before her 18th birthday. That judge was super biased. Dom was the drug dealer, not her, even though his mom lied about it to the police & just wanted someone to blame. She lost her son & was angry. I hope one day she realizes she took love of her son’s life away just because she was hurting. Everything would be completely different if Dom’s mom had reacted like the lady whose teacher husband was accidentally run over by kids playing a prank on them earlier this year. People handle loss differently. Some people just want someone to blame.
