Announcing our penultimate rider, a warm welcome to @_samculverwell4 The Guernsey rider has set his targets on some consistent European results particularly top 10 finishes in 1.1 and aiming for at least a podium spot at the Nationals. We hope to guide him to success.

@Alan_Couzens Any recommendations to start learning code from absolute zero?

Reason number 1043 for why everyone should learn to code: Precision in communication. If you poorly formulate a query for a computer, it just doesn't work. You must be clear and precise to get the response you elicit. Humans could benefit greatly from adopting this mindset.

How do you interpret 'good' HRV scores whilst clearly extremely fatigued. If I followed the simple low HRV = rest. Id never train fatigued enough for the stage race demands. @altini_marco @Alan_Couzens

But it's not so simple.. during a recent stage race my scores were very low for the first 4 days, but then increased over the next 3. Everyday was hard with > 30-40mins above threshold. I hit my best ever 10min power on day 8.

HRV is a big deal now... your body signalling high fatigue/stress/strain = take it easy. Simple, good advice for sustainable training progression.
