Ma grand-mère avait été verbalisée entre le moment où elle était sortie de la voiture et celui où elle était revenue du parcmètre (à environ 100 mètres) pour y déposer le ticket. Laisser un laps de temps entre la constatation et la verbalisation n'est pas illogique (mais 15min c'est trop).

Les Niçois dans 5 minutes, verbalisés pour 16 minutes de dépassement "Ouinouin c'est inacceptable a une minute près je n'aurai pas été sanctionné". Dans 3 ans à Nice : "Nouvel ajustement de la tolérance à 3h ^^"
