@GroupHiscox @TheFCA claim submitted, no response, no updates, no contact from @HiscoxSmallBiz. Hiscox not abiding FCA case judgement or Dear CEO. Not enough claim workers? This is thievery, who can enforce the the judgment? Why is this allowed to continue?

@UKHospKate The @TheFCA specifically took action in the test case so they could carry out their regulatory oversight. They have done nothing so far. They were not and are not fit for purpose.

This is appalling - we need all parties to play their part in supporting hospitality businesses to reopen and that includes insurance industry. It should not take court cases and FCA intervention

Back in 2007, when our house flooded, our insurer was overwhelmed with claims. So they drafted in more staff, to deal with things promptly. There is no excuse for slow claims handling, especially when you've had a year to get organised, @HiscoxUK @GroupCovid @GroupHiscox
