This is normally referred to as communal violence. Once it starts, it is as difficult to stop or prevent as domestic violence. In the territories, it ALWAYS begins with Muslims attacking Jews. Since, despite its best efforts, the IDF cannot prevent Muslims murdering Jews, Jews, have to defend themselves by attacking the source of the violence against them. For two millennia, Jews couldn’t do a thing about Muslim violence against them. Now, thanks be to God, they can.
