Liz had a great morning with new Trainee Teachers at @AoMSCITT Something she's done for a few years - a 2 Hour Mindset Awareness Introduction with a link to the Learning and Performance Zones. An area poignant for them personally and professionally as they enter the classroom.

Grow Your Mindset is going strong and I'm working hard in the background with clients but I need to prioritise where I put my energy therefore I'll be going a little quiet across all social media platforms.

Who else gets giddy when warmer days encourages Spring Growth - I have a trough full of Alliums and it's not necessarily the bloom of purple flowers I'm excited about but watching over the coming weeks them grow, bud and then bloom.

Liz donned one of her new jackets on her visit to @HighfieldBolton this week. She delivered module 2 of her bespoke mindset development to 2 small groups of staff. She can't wait to complete this with 2 more groups next week.

It was great to launch the 1st of 4 Parent Workshops yesterday - I love it when developing Mindset within a school ripples out into the wider community. We had 37 parents zoom in which was fantastic and set the scene for further planned sessions.
