Progress/changes of my routine over the last ten weeks since I started going to the gym.
At my age and situation I try to avoid higher injury risk exercise, and have settled on an hour 4 days a week (plus some pool and sauna time). 1000+ calorie deficit with 250g protein diet.
@StutteringCraig Add a bit of lemon to the salt water. It'll take a little trial and error to get the balance right but when you do it tastes great. The lemon cancels out the bitterness from the salt. And use a quality pink salt.
40 Hours in.
Headaches are for REAL. I've been told to add salt to my water to get rid of them.
But guess what? Salt water SUCKS.
I also lost about 4 pounds yesterday... so I will fight through this nonsense.
Big push this week. Unfortunately I caused a shoulder injury to my right arm, and managed to bruise up my left catching myself falling off a ladder. So leg days ahead 😂
