We Occupied Ministry of Justice Over Illegal Detention of Justice Crack In a decisive response to the unjust remand of Justice Chidiebere Mark, widely known as Justice Crack, by a judge of the Federal High Court in Abuja, we moved immediately to occupy the premises of the Federal Ministry of Justice, demanding urgent intervention from the Attorney General of the Federation. The court’s decision to remand a civilian whistleblower in the custody of the Department of State Services is not only excessive but represents a dangerous abuse of judicial authority.















We have taken up this case, following the retention of our services by the victim. It is embarrassing that the @PoliceNG has refused to disengage from cases like this. The fact that Nigerians are being regularly harassed and intimidated by the police for making reviews online of products speaks to a deep rooted institutional decay. Mrs. Mary Queen is the latest victim of the preposterous weaponization of the police by business owners against consumers. She is presently being haunted for publicly reviewing a controversial nursery school English textbook, which she bought for her five-year-old child. She complained about some contents in the book which she found very disturbing. I have read the passages from the textbook she referenced, I also find them worrisome. Appropriate measures will be taken.
