He’s a big part of what this makes this team “complete.”
Need a big day from him on defense, and honestly I’m hoping to see him in the paint for some gritty scoring plays.

@GuardUni Same, but I can’t say I’m excited at the prospect of Hofstra likely playing my Alma mater Michigan in the sweet 16. But I’ll be rooting for Hofstra if it happens. They just hold too special a place in my heart, even with me having grown up a Michigan fan as my dad went there too

These always looked like cheap High School jerseys to me. Perhaps that's just me, though.

@GuardUni The road ones are better. The home ones are good, but they go through extremes. They had completely removed the gold, now it's all gold letters and numbers at home with very little blue. Some balance would be nice. But they could wear polka dots if they win an NCAAT game!

@charlessmall99 @JonathanJWagner People care about pro sports. Hofstra's competition of mindshare and attendance includes the Knicks, Nets, Rangers, Islanders, and Liberty.
That will likely always be a factor hindering them from filling the Mack, unfortunately.
I wish things were different. CBB > NBA, always.

@JonathanJWagner @GuardUni I just wish people on the island prioritized sports. As someone who was raised in the city, left, came back the emphasis on sports is minuscule compared to most places. Hofstra has great M/W Soc, Base/Softball have been good recently Wrestling had 2 conf Champs last year.

It was lonely on here like 6 weeks ago, but I accept the full @HofstraMBB faithful with open arms.
This better be a wake-up call to #PackTheMack next year!

@GuardUni @AEforthree Probably for the same reason so many people we haven't seen all season jump on the bandwagon when a team achieves something it hasn't in a while - many people are only about the destination and the accolades, not the journey or the love of the sport.
