Reality is Aramco is a rare example of a national oil company that has a lot of flexibility in the system to adapt to different situations. Keeping supply steady can be met from storage, cutting certain grades of crude and replacing them from others. It’s a very dynamic situation which the company’s “situation room” is constantly assessing. #OOTT
