@mi66875129 @britishairways Their CS team in India are not able to assist much, they hang up phone on customers. My found baggage took over 125 hours to deliver to me. AVOID BA!

Where is my suitcase? @britishairways came away on Thursday and our 6 cases didn't get put on the plane. Where are they? No help as to how or when will get them. AVOID BA!!!

@British_Airways What the hell is going with your system? The first ticket is not solve at all, and creating a new ticket will get things smoother? Plus info from the new ticket is NOT UPDATED AT ALL!

@Lougravier @British_Airways They have failed to deliver my baggage over 80 hours now and still no one can tell me when is it estimate time to receive it. A nightmare to start my honeymoon.

Failing on 23 May…and still failing on 26 May. With no one able to process the baggage to me at all. P.S and just got cut off line by CS team now. Super disappointed with the call centre who just hang up customers call. @British_Airways

2/2 5. My baggage was never loaded as per the computer record 6. BA tried to rebook the baggage to the next day flight, but failed due to IT system down. 7. Currently baggage is still in LHR, and I need my meds.

1/2 @British_Airways Baggage was pending for over 72 hours.. 1. Late arrival from BOM to LHR 2. Failed to delivery to London during 1 night stay 3. NO ONE was helping at claim baggage from Arrival 4. Fake promise of Lost & Found team on getting my baggage on second day flight

@British_Airways What a nightmare flying with you with my baggage is still pending delivery over 72 hours. Fail in delivery the located baggage over 4 times within 4 days during my honeymoon. Many fake promises was made by the team. This totally insane…
