I do a gentle and restorative yoga class. I also walk almost daily. It clears my head, but a good drive or just lying down and allowing my mind to drift works wonders too. I get great ideas when mind-drifting!

T grading essays, I do regularly. I start w/minimum 3-5 positives but I end w/3 or LESS, gentle reminders/areas of improvement I want 2 see next time suggested w/❤️. BUT, we do a number of drafts (peer review w/checklist) including a pass w/me b4 a grade. Always positive!

There is no doubt in my mind that when I’m in classroom, I connect w/kids. There r S who reach out 2 me regularly, who I had in 7th gr. They were 12! They r now in late 20s & early 30s. It’s beautiful 2 know that I have made a difference in their lives. ❤️
