I'm stepping away from Crimson Desert. After putting in some solid hours, I've come to the conclusion that the game has become too bloated for its own good. What started as an exciting open-world action RPG has turned into something that feels overwhelming rather than fun. The biggest issue for me is the sheer amount of options and systems thrown at the player. The open world is packed with mechanics, menus, and features that end up getting in the way of the core gameplay. Instead of feeling free and immersive, it starts to feel like work—constantly managing inventories, tracking dozens of systems, and navigating bloated interfaces. The combat and exploration had real potential, but the constant barrage of new options and distractions killed the momentum and joy for me. Less would have been so much more here. If you're someone who loves deep, complex systems and doesn't mind a very busy open world, you might still enjoy it. For me, it's just no longer fun. It feels like a mesh of a MMO/SP game and after so many hours in this world? It's not right for me.

@Arron_TK On ps4 maybe lol. It was a bit glitchy but not unplayable on PC.

IGN making it out like crimson desert has launched in a completely broken state. Cyberpunk 2077 is one of my favourite games and it was basically unplayable at launch.

It’s days like this that remind you that Airbnb is a real business, you CAN leave your 9-5 and work on your own terms working hrs a day. Anything else feels like slavery frankly

I am trying to figure out exactly what the problem here is. Question "Lets stop there, women are entitled how did you come to that conclusion" Myron says through observation. (Paraphrase) Which is perfectly fine Her "No no what's your reasoning" He gives his reasoning by listing things about women he has observed. She then asks for science to substantiate the claim and the way she phrases it makes no sense. "What studies are there that women are entitled and so it necessarily follows they deserve less" That is incoherent babble. Whats the issue here?

It’s Naruto not One Piece. They’re not even the same style. No comparison besides how much you like one or the other

I’ll die on this hill: you don’t need over 1000 episodes to be a great show. To this day, One Piece is still airing, competing with Naruto a legendary show that ended in 2014 and it still can’t win the “best anime” debate.

It should assume instead that the character understands the puzzle and the player just needs to catch up. So needs context clues (hints) & disclosures so we the player solve it easier

There is a difference between flaws, which they are patching, and game design, which they can't change. Bad puzzle and quest structure isn't just a flaw they can patch or something we gamers should shrug and say we aren't smart enough for because we don't want another game to fail. That's not on our shoulders.

Crimson Desert has terrible puzzle design and quest structure, at a fundamental level. Don't let people gas light you with the low IQ response of "You need yellow paint". The game is fun but has objectively terrible flaws and should be discussed, to make the game better.

Instead do this after you hit $5k in your new business: - Invest in an implementation program to learn lead generation (advertisement, organic marketing, content creation) HEAVY on the implementation - not a course - Get a subscription on SCRIBE - Write out SOPs on core activities - THEN and ONLY then do you hire an assistant

I put 25hrs into Crimson Desert and I'm done. The game is tedious, boring, controls suck, and the story is trash. The devs stole a bunch of ideas from games you wish you were playing and mastered none of them. The open world looks nice but it's wasted on a mediocre game👎🏾
