@DrKatHolt If we look at the ECOFFs provided by EUCAST, we see a shift in MICs for fosfomycin in K. pneumoniae compared with E. coli, for example. At the very least, this suggests a reduction in sensitivity in this species. Perhaps low-level and high-level resistance should be considered?
