Maria Chaouki successfully presented her work at the SFH (société française d'hématologie) congress in Paris! She demonstrated the importance of limiting the dose of PI3K delta inhibitors to maintain efficacy and reduce toxicity in lymphoma.

Today, Camille Guyon presented her work on the partial inactivation of Vps34 in pancreatic cancer development and progression at the #JFHOD2025 #CECED2025! A great work deciphering the implication of autophagy in the pancreas. @crctoncopole @Inserm @CNRS_Toulouse

PI3K inhibition promotes apoptosis or autophagy, explaining PI3K importance to control cancer cell survival under compression. 7/7

@LSAjournal @CNRS_Toulouse @Inserm @crctoncopole @LaasCNRS Compression alone blocked autophagy flux in all tested cells, while inactivation of basal PI3K activity restored autophagy flux only in mechanically non-responsive compressed cells. 6/X
