Canada's role in taking firm action – often trailblazing – to ramp up pressure against Russia and in rallying allies across the Atlantic to support Ukraine is greatly appreciated by Ukrainians. Yesterday, Russia launched one of its largest drone and missile attacks on Ukraine in four years. Canada unequivocally condemns these indiscriminate attacks. I express my deepest condolences to those injured and everyone mourning their loved ones. Canada stands with Ukraine as it defends itself against this unconscionable aggression and we will work with allies to sustain pressure on Russia to bring this conflict to an end.

And thousands of lives have been saved thanks to the air defense systems provided by Germany. It is important that we continue to work together now, in a coordinated manner, to strengthen our Europe. We are steadily advancing the issue of anti-ballistic capabilities production in Europe – we are forming an anti-ballistic coalition. This is something worth doing, and right now we are closer to a result than ever before. Thirteen countries and the Office of the NATO Secretary General were represented at today’s meeting at the level of NSAs on anti-ballistic solutions. Overall, Ukraine’s positions right now – on the frontline, in our long-range sanctions, and in our joint results with partners – are the strongest they have been in years.

Today at Trump National Doral Miami, history was made. I was deeply honored to lead the dedication event for President Donald J. Trump and the unveiling of the 22-foot statue created in his honor. This was far more than a ribbon cutting. It was a moment of gratitude, honor, and remembrance. Let me say this plainly: this is not a golden calf. We worship the Lord Jesus Christ and Him alone. This statue is not about worship. It is about honor. It is a celebration of life and a powerful symbol of resilience, freedom, patriotism, courage, and the will to keep fighting for America. It also reminds us of the hand of God over President Trump’s life. We thank God for preserving him and not allowing his life to be taken, not once, but multiple times. What happened today was more than an unveiling. It was a visible sign of a movement that continues to spread across America and around the world. I was honored to serve as President Trump’s main point of contact throughout this process, and I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me.
