the “looksmaxxing” epidemic was the closest thing males have ever experienced to the beauty standards women are upheld to all their lives and it literally made them all insane

Run haters fall into two categories: 1) It's hard on your body (it's not, you're just fat/washed). 2) It's boring (subhuman cannot rotate apple opinion). Running in a thunderstorm, on the beach w the boys, nightruns, all elite.
Running is the greatest cardio form. I love it cause it’s outside and it’s a basic skill any human should have. If u can’t run u’ve failed. Respectfully, any cardio is good and the more u move the better u look and feel. But hating on running is dumb, when it’s so accessible.
