Dear @VolvoIndia,
Extremely disappointed with my Volvo XC90 B6 (purchased Dec 2023, ~₹1.18 Cr). Despite regular servicing, I’m facing repeated issues—especially after routine service visits.
Every time the car goes for service, I’m given inflated estimates (latest: ₹1.12L+) without clear justification. Your team cites “future issues” with no transparency.
Major concerns:
• AC not working in Auto mode (manual also failed)
• Called a “software issue” with no resolution timeline
• Customer care redirects to service center, but no solution provided
After investing ₹1.18 Cr, this experience is extremely distressing. Lack of accountability and clarity is unacceptable.
Requesting:
• Permanent resolution
• Clear technical explanation
• Accountability from service team
• Buyback/replacement option
Failing which, I will escalate legally.
