Everyone hates @Microsoft at this point, but they use it because it's the standard. A day will come when it's not, and everyone will use something else. My hope is that no one will hire these Microsoft employees that helped ruin it!

My iPhone can detect what the error is bad Windows can't! Fixed the issue and printed it out. Spool was clear. Today, I started my computer and the 15-page document began printing AGAIN - for no reason! I went to open the spool to stop it. My spool disappeared from the tray! WTF?

I can't believe how bad @Microsoft has become! I tried to print something, nothing happened. Check the spool - says there's a printer error, but NOT what the error is. The printer doesn't show an issue. I tried to print from my iPhone, and that told me what the error was!

@AJamesMcCarthy This is the problem with society and the spread of misinformation - people only look at one part “Here's the aftermath of an X-class solar flare”, and ignore the important part that goes with it; “with the Earth for scale.”

You guys, Earth was added digitally for scale, it's not actually in the original photo. But I do appreciate all the clever people in the comments that know that Arizona is actually located on Earth. Anyways, here's the shot without it.

@akafaceUS The “pedestrians have the right of way” belief drives me nuts! No, pedestrians do not always have the right of way. If they did, they could walk freely across busy highways, freeways. Plenty of laws regarding pedestrians in traffic where pedestrians must yield or are prohibited.

While walking along a road in Mardin, a teacher was struck by a car and thrown by the force of the collision. The driver was released after the incident, and the teacher received medical treatment for her injuries. Who's at fault in this situation?

@SusieM414141 Pedestrians do not “always” have the right of way. California Vehicle Code §21950(b) says: No pedestrian shall suddenly leave a curb or other place of safety and walk or run into the path of a vehicle that is so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.

This e-bike rider is moving at a very high speed on the sidewalk. As you can see, the truck turns into a parking lot—and that’s where things go wrong. So who had the right of way? In my view, it was the truck, since sidewalks aren’t meant for vehicles moving that fast and the rider should have seen the truck turning in.

@cargilb @SusieM414141 Many people like to cite laws about vehicles having to yield to pedestrians, and while this is true, there are also laws that apply where pedestrians must yield to vehicles in certain conditions. This is a situation where that would apply.

@SusieM414141 There's no speed limit for ebikes on sidewalks. Cars must yield to ebikes on sidewalks. Legally the driver is at fault. Morally the ebiker is at fault.

@ABC7NY Keep pursuing this story. I have seen so many stories about how airlines mishandled wheelchairs and don’t seem to care about it. I think a lot of the stories I’ve seen came through Reddit. Just terrible treatment of people with disabilities.

@gotrice2024 I don’t know why people think that kids should be above the law. If you commit a crime, you will be arrested regardless of age. How you are treated by the courts may differ. And how you are treated by cops depends solely on how you react to them. Resist arrest = FAFO.

Cops were called to an intersection where a group of around 20 teens on bikes and e-bikes were blocking the roads, doing stunts and disrupting traffic. When the officers arrive, one of them clips one of the suspects and tackles him to the ground to arrest him. While I agree that the kids needed to be accountable, I’m not sure if this was appropriate given their ages, was this appropriate to apprehend them like this?

@CollinRugg I hope this becomes a lesson for other people. The lesson being Get the F out of the road! The dude just took his time, even with a car coming. I see too many pedestrians act this way, like they have all the right of way so screw everyone else. Don’t assume cars won’t hit you.

NEW: Woman sentenced after mowing down a man in her Fiat 500 who was playing Rugby with his friends in south Wales. 19-year-old Lexi Dyas was caught on camera driving her car directly at Declan Mahoney, 19, while he was tossing the ball. Dyas says she ran into Mahoney because she "lost concentration chatting to a friend in the car." Mahoney fractured his arm, leg, and finger and says he has "PTSD as a result of this incident." Dyas, who was aspiring to become a nurse, sobbed in court as she was sentenced to 18 months in a "young offender institution." She was also banned from driving for about three years.
