Coming times call for full job mobility if folks want to hold good high paying jobs wherever such jobs are available & regular folks have no other options except this and holding large mortgages in fixed locations is going to be a major hindrance for full job mobility IMO.

@Guv999 That’s the problem in a nutshell. OZ silver miners/explorers are very low quality. Add in the sovereign risk and they are a very poor investment.
Most of them are trading down 50 to 60% during this PM bull run 🤦♂️🤮

@Guv999 @ASXStockSelect When silver really runs, all will rise together regardless of grade. $ARD gets really interesting at USD$50/oz. Any PFS will scream massive margins at that level (refer SVL studies for a comparison).

IMO there are 4 prime bets in PGM small cap space , I have disclosed one namely VO.V here. DYOR friends. With patient holds they can even become retirement makers with some luck in coming years for retail investors.

China is in a debt bubble: China’s debt-to-GDP ratio hit a jaw-dropping 366% in Q1 2024, a new all-time high. Since the 2008 Financial Crisis, the ratio has DOUBLED. To put this differently, for 1 unit of GDP, the Chinese economy has produced 3.66 units of debt burden. Non-financial corporates have the highest ratio, at 171%, followed by the government sector, at 86%. Households and financial entities' debt-to-GDP is 64% and 45%, respectively. Stimulus won't solve China's debt crisis.

IMO the current PM Stocks bull phase is still very young PM bros , keep holding, ignore bears and profit bookers. Actual PM small caps/micros run has not even started.

I am sure we are now starting a big PM Sector run with the small caps /explorers /micros running in coming months. Only thing left is the OTC Mkts run which is likely to come by Nov /Dec and also cryptos which shd run after mid Sept. So my job will be done by Jan in X friends.

IMO the coming major RE bear mkt lasting many years will totally hollow out the middle class & upper middle classes in USA, Canada, UK, W Europe, NZ and finally Australia. All the value created by hard work over years by them will get washed down the drain in this bear mkt
