הרפורמה להרס משק החלב הישראלי הוצאה מחוק ההסדרים, זאת לדרישת ראש הממשלה. אני מודה לראש הממשלה על עמידתו לצד משק החלב הישראלי, בשגרה ובחירום. מראש היה ברור כי רפורמה שנולדה בחטא, ללא שיתוף המשרדים הרלוונטיים ואף דריסתם, לא היה ביכולתה להאריך ימים. המלחמה רק המחישה את הצורך בגיבוש משק חלב יעיל ומתקדם, כיאה למדינתנו המתקדמת. אדגיש: ייעול במשק החלב יתבצע. הוא יתבצע על ידי ובשיתוף פעולה כי זה הדבר הנכון לעשות. אני מודה לחקלאים ובראשם לרפתנים ולראשי הארגונים המייצגים, שפעלו לילות כימים, וכן לשותפים בכנסת ומחוצה לה בציבור הישראלי כולו. אנחנו ממשיכים לאישור תקציב המלחמה והשגת כל יעדי המלחמה, וכן לאשר את תקציב המדינה. כך ראוי, כך יהיה! יחד ננצח, עם ישראל חי!
