@KingdomsCometh @depthsofwiki No such thing in either case. One way mirrors are just partially mirrored. They allow light equally from either side, but an observer on the brighter side will see only their reflection as the image from the dimmer side will be overwhelmed. They do make windows out of them though

@depthsofwiki We all know what this intends to mean, but both descriptions are incorrect. A normal mirror is a "one way mirror". A mirrored surface that only allows visibility from one side should be called a one way window.
