@Guylleviii @saylor They use leverage to buy more Bitcoin. You start with 1 BTC and borrow money at 10% interest to buy another. If BTC grows 30% yearly, you keep the extra return. Now you control 2 BTC, so your effective yield on your original 1 BTC is 100%.
