Good thing the whole incident was caught on video. @ABSCBNNews @gmanews pls track down the airport taxi company that Soobin rode in Cebu. They agreed on ₱500 fare but when they were abt to get off the driver suddenly charged ₱1k. Just imagine how many tourists they have scammed
