We the Residents of Greenview Apartments, Hari Nagar and members of ’ Welfare Association (RWA), would like to bring to your notice the ongoing issue that is causing significant distress to the residents of our area. Several banquet halls in the vicinity have been playing loud music every night until 2 am and again it starts around 4 am again. This recurring problem is severely disrupting the peace of the neighborhood, leading to sleepless nights for all the residents. The noise pollution at such late hours is having a detrimental impact on the mental health and well-being of our infants, school going kids and our old age residents. This is to highlight that despite several complaints made in the past, the problem persists, and no effective action has been taken to resolve it. We kindly urge the Vigilance Department to take corrective action at the earliest to ensure strict enforcement of regulations regarding permissible sound levels and timings for such events. This is to mention again that residents of Greenview Apartments, Hari Nagar on Mayapuri Road are suffering every night with the noise of loud music coming from the Night clubs on Mayapuri Road. We have already lodged multiple complaints with the concerned authorities to take the relvant action. This is to mention that Night Club named Nosh in the Hippo building is troubling the residents of Greenview Apts and Hari Nagar and our school going kids and old age parents are not able to sleep because of this noise. This is of utmost concern that we the residents of Greenview Apartments, Hari Nagar have been repeatedly requesting over a year to the related authorities to take urgent action on the matter of Loud Music getting played by the Night club at Mayapuri from 11 pm till 4 am and bothering us to the intensity that the health of our old age parents and the working people is geting seriously affected. This is to bring to the notice of Delhi Govt. that no body is bothered about the health of people, noise pollution because of loud music and the air pollution because of the fire crackers bursting by the Baraats on the mayapuri road every night. The multiple complaints are lodged even in writing also but no permanent action has been taken yet. AQI level of Delhi is already very high. Your strict action is required for citizens to live peacefully and remain healthy. I am sure that you will take action. At Greenview Apartments, Hari Nagar, the condition of Sewer manholes is getting bad to worse but no action has been taken by the required authorities at DJB to whom the multiple requests are sent and followups done. The sewer manholes need immediate attention by DJB staff for unloading.
