@assnaruined We've been saying this for many years. People just refuse to see the pattern. It's a carrot on a stick. We will NEVER see this ownership spend the money it takes to put the team over - REGARDLESS of whether we build through the draft or not.

Stop it Squid🐙! I've been a Hawks fans since I got to go to the Omni every year for my birthday as a kid. Doesn't mean I have to agree with every move the team makes.
Fact is Hawks fans who don't like Trae were dunking on him during our win streak, and saying we turned the corner and were better.
Those who didn't agree with the move, were looking at the quality of opponents and though hopeful, weren't sure we were better.
Doesn't make either type less of a Hawks fan or a Wizards fan.
