The Mirror of Twilight has all kinds of designs on the back that aren't present on the monument in BotW. And being broken like the mirror in TP would make it a reference, not the genuine article

TOTK Ganondorf became Demon King and Calamity Ganon. The Gerudo stopped making boys king after TOTK Ganon, and its unclear if more males were born after this. This confirms that OOT Ganon comes before TOTK Ganondorf.

@WindMageMaster @ZeldaLoreYT @Zonaichampion I think the Refounding Theory, as a theory, is stupid, but that's not even relevant, the developers have said themselves that the idea they had in their heads (which was obviously TOTK's past being pre-OOT) isn't necessarily *the* correct answer.

I wonder if Nintendo will retcon all the “Ancient Sages” to be the same exact group just maybe in different timelines? I would actually really like if they did do that as it would somewhat expand on who they were

@TriforceTrends I hope you enjoy Alan Wake II, there's lots of story elements they use in that franchise that I think are similar to some Zelda tropes that give rise to some really interesting ideas

So it's not just the Zelda fandom wiki, it's all of them. Fandom is fucked. Wikis should have no ads, no AI, and no biases or false information. Period. No wonder Zelda Wiki became independent. HK and other wikis should follow suite. Fandom is a sinking ship.

@TriforceTrends One could imagine the power inside the Fused Shadow was "Dark" in alignment (suggesting the Interlopers was aligned that way) so the helmet offering resistance because it's a "safe" piece of armor of the same affinity as the gloom might make sense

The "Depths" set and Midna's helmet being the only pieces of armour that offer gloom resistance is very strange lmao, gameplay-wise ig it makes sense but it's still strange
