This is absolutely insane:
At 7:04 AM ET today, President Trump said “the US and Iran have had productive discussions" to end the Iran War.
By 7:10 AM ET, the S&P 500 surged +240 points adding +$2 TRILLION in market cap.
27 minutes later, Iran completely denied all of President Trump's claims and said there has been "no contact" with the US.
By 8:00 AM ET. the S&P 500 had fallen -120 points erasing -$1 trillion in market cap.
That's a $3 TRILLION swing market cap in 56 minutes, just in the S&P 500.
What is happening here?

In my opinion we don’t need clarity act to get passed, that a USA media. I used to think other way but it is not true. $VELO needs the clarity act the same as the financial world need XRP to level-up.
3 weeks ago, CFTC and SEC recognized tokenized securities as regular ones, EU will do the same since 28th March. @EVOLVEMilegreen marked this as a green light. Just remember what is used to mint $USDV apart from other stables & $VELO tokens.
Instead of clarity act, what we needed more was the Hong-Kong stablecoin license that lightnet was requesting and what I think it was for @OrbitX_Pay. If I’m not wrong, it’s done.
What we only need is rails connected and $USDV minted. What seems more probable to go live immediately it’s VISA’s PayFi w/ Orbit Tech. That’s what will change things out. And as WOT showed us is that VISA & $USDV will come together. As also other projects with Evolve and other TP. As @veloprotocol said “multiple systems go live”.
However, the whole financial world need a transition from T+2 to T+0 and that transition needs an excuse because it implicates destruction of old system. Energy/war crisis seems legit to this excuse.

I would say the a=0xc3121c4ca7402922e025e62e9bb4d5b244303878 account is the engine of manipulation, the central point. where wash rinse repeat is being coordinated. in this account is deposited buys from pancake swap and this account sends to accounts that sell on pancake swap
Just before the Mar 19 "rally" this account was funded from a couple of large accounts that staked in the last 40% flex pool, either partners or linked to VELO team:
200 million from 0xf9e166af522362eb82ed9905a59cdca9b2ea0286
50 million from 0xfc4efe434eb3f3aceb760340670261d5680d9068
it appears they were running low on funds to manipulate the market so they infused some liquidity.
then on Mar 19 they pumped the market and crashed it back hours later, probably accumulating a little more manipulation ammo.
This account now sits at about 400 million coins manipulation gunpowder

Makes sense, didn’t take in count in my calculations that holders could sell and grow the float. But this possibility also makes possible that the DRS could absorb tokens from retail in order to lock them as Saville Row told us on his sketch. However, what exact the available $VELO is, i 100% agree with you that the float will be tiny. And this point makes more asymmetrical the upside. Thx for the answer!

Nice post Tim, i agree with you that VELO price will be marked by a really tiny float, but why do you assume the float is 1-2b, what’s your source?
On coinmarket VELO self report 0,8% supply on exchanges, so real market float is 160M or is there’s something I’m missing?

Very unusual. But it was restarted after a few day again.
It's again up and running now.
Obviously they haven't announced anything officially yet, as all these things show it hasn't really been ready.
