If your feet hurt from Drawn To Dawn: Make sure you do ankle mobility and calf stretches so you're able to support Kiara and Ina in full force tomorrow! These are the stretches/mobility I'd do after hard shifts in the kitchen so that I'd be able to stand the day after. Start with drawing 10 circles, clockwise and counter-clockwise with your big toe to help loosen up your feet and ankles Then, stand facing a wall, placing your hands against it, and take a step back with one foot, keeping the leg straight, and place that heel on the ground. Gently bend the front knee and lean forward until you feel that stretch on your calf. GENTLY. It shouldn't be a sharp pain at all. Hold for about 30 seconds, and do the same with the other leg. Warm showers also help with this immensely too. I like to combine both and stretch with hot water running but obviously be careful as it's slippery. Also, make sure you get your protein for recovery!
