100% agree — getting rid of those Grade 5 events seen with IBI363/TAK-928 would be a genuine game-changer on safety. Nothing replaces actual clinical data, of course. But Medicenna has a pretty clean track record of translating the IL-2 superkine lineage from bench to bedside: MDNA109 → MDNA11 → and now MDNA113. The NHP profile at AACR suggests they’ve taken the next logical step on the therapeutic index. That’s also why the ongoing NEO-CYT trial is so interesting as well. It’s a direct clinical test of the Layer 2 restoration thesis I built out with PRISM-11 that underpins the whole stack — and should give an early read on whether that upstream architecture actually changes the durability equation in the clinic. @GypsyNoLonger It does look compelling, if its better than IBI363/TAK928 it'll be a game-changer. It'd be nice to get rid of the grade 5's seen with IBI363.
