The Retro Lightning Chipper could make these cards rise till 3 HOWEVER If we get a program that includes a free Spotlight Pack from each drop like it has in the past, and it also includes a free guaranteed Diamond Spotlight Diamond pack like it has before, the prices may tank IF that is the case, buy the dip on the Spotlight cards. Because once people grind the packs out the cards will skyrocket again.
