We’ve known where this has been heading for quite a while. There were flickers before the international break a bit of fight, a bit of belief but deep down, no one truly thought we’d pull off an escape. And the last 2 games have brutally underlined why. Going away to sides down there with us and putting in performances like that simply isn’t good enough!
