I'm starting a company with someone who's already a business owner, but totally green w/ software startups. I spun up an OpenClaw agent in @flydotio and told it: "She's already a badass entrepreneur, but make her a badass software startup CMO". + keys to @ExaAILabs, @twentycrm & @Firebase Now, my co-founder has a 24/7 startup mentor & I have a place to drop all of my ideas w/o flooding her slack or tasklists. It's been really great for both of us.

I've mostly stopped using the term "user" lately in design conversations. "human" & "agent" seems more appropriate in 2026.

I can ask an LLM to duplicate any SaaS platform in 5 minutes - But it still can't make me a good logo. This is because there's no SaaS platform that makes good logos.

SaaS pricing is getting ridiculous. OpenRouter now adds a $0.05 "service fee" for sending an invoice email.

It's 2027. OpenAI and Anthropic kill the subsidies. Prices 10x overnight. 90% of startups built on their APIs go under. Big Tech absorbs the wreckage for pennies. The platform play was always the endgame.

My old rent: $2,250/mo (incl. bills) Living in one of the coolest Sprinter vans on the road, financed & owning it after 5yrs: $1,350/mo Nomad math.

I'm building an expedition truck to travel the world in. Feels crazy to say out loud. It'll likely be built on an @IntnlTrucks HV 4x4 using a Cascadia Composites box.

Knowing how to ask good questions has never been a more valuable skill. Information is cheap. Context is expensive.

@dariusdan I use the box to move my monitor pretty regularly... an absolute nightmare! But, it does keep it safe, so that matters.
