@HAL_SupportLin @HALCruises, many thanks for your timely response and attention to this matter. I was on an excursion earlier today & when I returned to my cabin Guest Services called to say that they had a different cabin available for us. They helped us move from one to the other. Great job!!

@hollandamerica just boarded today and could NOT be more disgusted. 1-Assigned Cabin 4011 directly over the theatre and have to hear a band playing very loudly (45+ decibels) all afternoon and evening. Guest Service’s solution was they could give us earplugs.

Beautiful day in The Bahamas as both @HALcruises Rotterdam and Eurodam are at Half Moon Cay. As you can see in the photos the construction of the new pier for the @CarnivalCruise side of the island (HAL ships will still tender) has progressed a lot!

Yesterday @HALcruises #Oosterdam ran one of the line’s signature events: the Towel Animal Zoo on the pool deck. A gazillion (rough estimate) towel animals ranging from flannel sized mice to massive crocodiles. Of course, towel animal classics featured strongly too. #towelanimal

If you're sailing on @HALcruises Rotterdam, don't pass up the opportunity to do any of the wine tastings with Cellar Master Rod. Whether it's the Regional Wine Tasting ($35pp or free for 4-star Mariners+) or the Premium Wine Tasting ($49pp) it's a great way to spend an hour on a sea day!

Today, @HALcruises Rotterdam is at sea as we head to Bonaire. Quite windy and rocky, with 30mph wind gusts, but a beautiful day for sure. A quick look at the Lido Pool and you can see the "chair hogs" have dug in for the long haul. Here in The Retreat, it's a quiet cabana day away from the crowd.
