𝗡𝗘𝗪 original research study: annfammed.org/content/23/2/93 This cluster randomized controlled trail in India studied 1,671 adults to examine the effectiveness of a structured family-based cardiovascular health intervention in improving weight management. The findings demonstrate that a family-based approach to lifestyle interventions can significantly improve weight management & cardiovascular health among high-risk individuals.

The decentralization journey of Kerala was discussed at length for learning & future planning. Community-based participatory planning on Health & localizing associated SDGs was identified as the way forward in decentralization in Kerala, with the learnings emanating from Kerala.
