I woke up this morning to discover that @X, @premium, @FirstBankngr, and @FBN_help charged me for my subscription four separate times instead of once. This is unacceptable. A total of ₦22,800 was deducted from my account in excess of the legitimate subscription fee. I demand an immediate investigation and a full reversal of the unauthorized charges. Customers should not have to wake up to what feels like a midnight raid on their accounts. Kindly resolve this issue urgently.
