@segalmr I’m sure this is very location and personality dependent, but in my experience if the judge knows that you know how to preserve error and build a record, they end up being more deferential to you, not less.

@uncledoomer High functioning people are less likely to develop schizophrenia triggered or caused by THC abuse because they’re less likely to get it in the first place. My low functioning clients almost universally, chronically use THC and “pacify” is the wrong word for what it does to them.

Today marks 3 weeks in the NICU. He's stable but the doctors don't seem to be much closer to figuring out how to treat him and get him home. Having a new baby is supposed to feel like a little piece of heaven on Earth; this is hell.

Our sweet Sol has taken a turn for the worse in the NICU. We're lucky we got a few days with him off of breathing tubes--to nurse and play and snuggle--but now he's so sick we're not even able to hold him. We would love your prayers for wise King Solomon, our sweet baby.
