I just watched a video that Christopher Duffy posted. He's one of the organisers for the fuel protest. He says a fellow protester that took part has sadly died. It is alledged that he may have taken his own life 😔 So many saying it's true.. It's just heartbreaking. What's sadder is the poor man probably felt a tiny glimmer of hope when they began the protest 💔 How many more will be drove to despair? Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam — May he rest in Peace 🙏

One person received several fixed penalty notices all for "obstruction" while exercising constitutional rights to peaceful protest. The documents literally reference being present at a peaceful gathering. They print the right to assemble in black and white… then slap you with a stack of €40 tickets for daring to use it this isn't policing. This is financial harassment designed to make rights too expensive for ordinary people.
