We nearly lost dad at the start of the yr, but we have now made him comfortable. We are sad that he (& my mums) legacy of creating place of compassion, care & support in community for decades can no longer b. I hope in a small way I maintain this legacy through such research10/10

@SingaporeAir Three months later & still no satisfactory response to concerns raised with @SingaporeAir through S-2024-07-14583579. First raised in July and still unresolved despite multiple formal complaints, emails and phone calls. Far from fair response; indeed totally unacceptable!

@SingaporeAir After that we spoke with @SingaporeAir staff - while trying to be helpful little is achieved and hours of time online and on phone. Definitely WORST ✈️ booking experience with supposedly one of world’s best airlines. We wish to make formal complaint; also willing to go public.

@SingaporeAir Pls let me know how to make complaint that will be read by somebody with authority to compensate. I’m not satisfied with complaint systems that will be responded to ‘within 3 days’. In the meantime fares go up, opportunities are lost, time is wasted. More than dissatisfied.

Terrible news fm Bondi shopping centre @nswpolice clarifying five deceased victims so far; multiple ppl taken to hospital with stab wounds; attacker shot dead; “no motive known, no ideology noted”. Ppl shld not jump to any conclusions. Sad news - wish all strength #Bondistabbing

I have been briefed by the AFP on the devastating events at Bondi Junction. Tragically, multiple casualties have been reported and the first thoughts of all Australians are with those affected and their loved ones.
