⭐️Manage stress - make time for your body and mind. ⭐️ Improves concentration - can help with productivity & school work. ⭐️ It’s FUN - find something you love! Yoga, boxing, walking, weights. ⭐️ Can be social - call a friend during a walk or do an online workout with a friend👯‍♀️

Who said you need much time/equipment to get a good workout?! Tonight we did 20 minutes of intervals ⬇️: ⭐️ Super varied exercises 🤸‍♀️ ⭐️ Fast + intense 🔥 ⭐️ Cardio + resistance training 💦 ⭐️ FUN!!! 💃🏼

@JulieBunnage @Womeninsport_uk Hi Julie, girls who are able to participate in moderate intensity physical activity is eligible to join. Parents also complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire & if anything is flagged that may put the girls health at risk during exercise we ask for GP note💜
