I think Mark is really an assh*le here he really disrespected Immortal and his legacy. Immortal and Kate were right to retire. The first was tired and the second didn't chose heroism and her power is really costly.

@Exclipsethebest @7Spideycomics Exactly, they are just not critical. They just put a character in a box without his nuances. Powerplex, Angstrom, show or comics Robot are good examples. They side with the hearth, a lot more with Mark and those who have aura.

Im not gonna argue with some invincible comic fans who view the comic as perfect but I still like ending as it is for the most part I just think if given the opportunity to change it I would just rework the ending with how the viltrum empire is handled and also not make immortal essentially the “ruler” of earth again

@Dcas2807 @Kryptomightguy I don't think so loosing 5 years was correct. Mark by refusing the offer doesn't just choose his family. Je sacrificed everyone dead. He let everyone who died because of him, his father die again. He sacrificed so many for hus family. 5 years is the least.

@Kryptomightguy Even though I like Mark’s decision at the end of the reboot arc, I really hate its consequences. Losing five years with his family (especially with Terra) was a lot, but then Kirkman wanted to make Mark suffer even more and put Eve in a relationship, it was too fucking much

It says a lot about how much people don’t want “Blue Reboot” because we genuinely lose 5 years of Mark being a fun dad, because Kirkman couldn’t come up with a better distraction for our heroes to deal with while Thragg increases his numbers and recovers. AND I AGREE!!

@DanTheCamFan @TheCartoonBase He called Mark not Oliver I don't remember him lie to Mark. Mark chose to help, same for Oliver. No, he paid for a service Mark offered. Mark was unreasonable. The fact that it is Oliver who stop Mark should tell you how much crazy it was

@TheCartoonBase Honestly I think he was justified. Mark never reacted this way to Titus any of the previous times he got pummeled trying to help him, but this time he got Oliver involved and nearly killed. Titus doesn’t want his family involved in Liu business and neither does Mark.

@7Spideycomics I would find it satisfying if that happens because a peace based on the brain of an enemy you despised and strip from his freedom and rights to continue something he was doing well with a body is not right. He said robot was evil to say later he was right and use him.

Not a lot of people realize that Kirkman in the letters page of the Invincible ending said the future with Immortal still happens even after what Mark did in the end 💀💀💀

@MadCapSai @7Spideycomics It is not confirmed that Robot planned to retake over, it was just an idea. The fact that Robot would retake over is just too simple except if he becomes crazy from the isolation. Immortal could lost it simply because Robot died. It would be more plausible

@7Spideycomics It’s jarring to look at the final page’s happy end knowing Earth is fucked by the time it takes place and Mark is none the wiser. Worse knowing Robot caused it after Mark stupidly made him Immortal’s advisor, so that he could take back over. Mark basically ruined everything

@dyingscribe He probably has the power to just capture them until he makes the necessary changes, and by that point they'd be forced to accept everything. Just like Mark.

INVINCIBLE COMIC SPOILERS It's weird how in the end, even Mark agreed that Rudy aka Robot, was absolutely right and still had him rule the world with Immortal. Monster Girl fucked him over (literally) at every turn with the Flaxans, and then called it "a small mistake".

SPOILER. If Robot was so evil why take his brain to serve as an advisor? That choice of Mark looks just personal and is very hypocritical to me
