Perfect example of the mini tour grind:
I just finished 9th out of 168 players at the SoCal Open. Entry fee was $800. My pay check was $843 for a $43 profit… Take out expenses:
-Airbnb: $500
-Food: $140
-Gas: $120
-Practice round: $150
-Yardage book: $35
Total: $945.
Winnings ($43) - Expenses ($945)= -$902.

It really bothers me that someone teaching in a law school had this difficulty in grasping the fundamental flaws in LIV which was never about the fans who want lower prices and more access to elite players

There's a pretty good case to be made that the Comey seashells indictment isn't supported by probable cause because it uses the wrong mental element--negligence rather than recklessness.
But there's no reason to believe the prosecutor *knew* this. A mistake is far more likely.
