@BSAT_Properties Lol....same situation I'm in with my tenants at the moment. The first time it got faulty, I contributed 2/3 and asked them to contribute 1/3. Just days ago, they said its faulty again, I'm not contributing a dime this time around, they should fix it themselves .

Did you know that the WhatsApp chats you thought you would use as evidence against someone might be rejected in court or anywhere you present it? Yes, we always advise that you take screenshots of relevant WhatsApp chats and save for future use but your ability to use it depends on how you saved that WhatsApp number. This is what you should do so that the WhatsApp chats will not be rejected: 1. If you had saved the person's number on your phone, go to your contact list and delete the person's number. Don't worry, your chats with the person will not disappear from your phone. 2. Once you have deleted the person's number, go to your WhatsApp chats and open the person's chat. 3. Once you have done that, you will notice that the chat is just showing the person's phone number and not the person's name that you earlier saved. 4. Take screenshots of the chats you want to rely on. The screenshots will carry the chats with just phone number. 5. When you are done taking screenshots, save back the number on your phone. You don't need to copy out the number, you can click "Add new contact" from the WhatsApp chats and save the number again. This is important because if you present the screenshots of the chats with a saved name anywhere, the person you want to use it against can deñy being the one you had the chats with. He/she can claim that you just saved an unknown number with their name and had fake chats with the person so you could use it against him/her. With this argúment, those your chats will be rejected, if you cannot prove it's a chat between you and the person. For as long as the screenshots have the phone number of that person displayed, you have nailed the person and the person won't be able to deny the chats as the phone number can be verified. Don't let that your relevant piece of evidence become irrelevant simply because you failed to think ahead of your opponent. ©NkyLaw

Saturday returns like a smiling trickster, Tickets bold and bright by noon bleeding red by dusk. The slips that looked like gold at sunrise Sink into a crimson ocean by evening. Odds so sweet on Friday night turn bitter under Saturday lights. Is it a curse that wakes with the weekend? Or fate laughing at our confidence? Do teams forget their rhythm on purpose, Or does pressure tighten every touch and pass? Maybe it’s not voodoo at all… just chaos dressed in football boots. A reminder that when stakes rise, so does unpredictability. Yet still we return, hopeful, stubborn, dreaming..... Because one green Saturday can wash away a thousand reds.

He paid up for his roofing materials over a year Let me be frank with you - roofing is one of the most capital intensive parts of a building project because you need to do it once. If he could save up for the roofing, what's stopping you from doing the same? Don't wait for bulk money - start with whatever you have
HIGHBEE@HIGHBEE007

@BSAT_Properties So true, it took me a year to save up for roofing back in 2020, the man said I could pay in small amounts and once Its completed he will get the roofing materials because it was Gerrard roofing. Had to give him in 50ks,25ks atimes even 20k atimes till it accumulate to 2million.

Stop Waiting for 'Bulk Money' - How to Start Building Your House with Just ₦50k Stop waiting for "when I have enough money" to build your house. That day might never come. Let me tell you something most people don't realize: you don't need millions sitting in your account to start building. You just need to be smart about it. I've seen people wait 10 or 15 years, trying to save up "bulk money" before they start. Meanwhile, others with way less have already moved into their own homes. What's the difference? Strategy. Here's the truth - you can literally start building with ₦50k. Yes, you read that right. Here's how it works: Put down ₦50k as a deposit for cement. That's it. You don't need to pay everything at once. Another ₦100k secures your blocks on deposit. Now you've got your main materials locked in with only ₦150k. Next, find good bricklayers. Not the flashiest guys, but the reliable ones who show up and do quality work. Ask around your area, check references, negotiate rates you can manage. Then call in your bricklayers and let them start setting those blocks. Pay as you go. Foundation first, then walls, section by section. The secret isn't having all the money upfront. The secret is starting and building progressively. Every month, channel what you can into the project. ₦50k here, ₦80k there. Before you know it, you're looking at walls. Then a roof. Then your own house. Stop telling yourself, "when I get the money." Start asking yourself, "How can I start with what I have?" Your dream home doesn't start with millions in the bank. It starts with a plan and that first ₦50k deposit. Ready to start? Drop a 🏠 in the comments if this makes sense to you, or tag someone who needs to see this! #BSATProperties

Being a millionaire means nothing. 1,000,000 dollars is nothing. It’s not a nice house or even a nice car. Hiding in a 3rd world shithole to live on pennys isnt a life goal. Your goal should be empire. Empires require money. 100m is bare minimum for a full grown man.
