@Hitachi Bought a Hitachi AC, and just after 1 year it stopped cooling properly. Technician couldn’t identify the issue, still charged ₹600 visit fee. Customer care keeps delaying with no proper support. Very poor after-sales service in Surat heat. Not recommended. #Hitachi

@HitachiAC_GB @Hitachi Pathetic service. Totally dissatisfied with the service provided for my AC. Scheduled a service two months ago for maintainance and a gas refill, for which I paid ₹3,500. Despite this, the AC stopped cooling effectively within a week.
