A big one off the to-do list ✅ This is inspired by a pupil (whose advice for the new cohort was "focus on tenses") and a tenses cheat sheet @mrmccullochsalt mentioned in a recent @SALTLANGS TeachMeet. Hopefully it'll improve pupils' confidence with recognising and using tenses!

We had lots of Halloween fun today! 🎃 We practiced dooking for apples (though some of us were pros) and laughed a lot eating donuts, dangling in our faces. 🍎🍩 A favourite activity was our “trick or treat” challenge for some of our favourite people @CarrongrangeSch! 🍬

Asked my S4 class to create a poster on what they would tell themselves at this point one year ago about the N5 German course - and they included some fab advice, such as: looking up the verb at the end of the sentence can help you get the answer more quickly 👏
